Terms of Service

any2svg is operated by Song Zhijun. Payments for the Pro subscription are processed, and the subscription is sold, by Waffo Pancake, which acts as the merchant of record and authorised reseller for the sale. This means:

Waffo Pancake is the seller of record for payment processing, tax collection and remittance, regulatory compliance and customer billing. Your purchase is subject to the Waffo Pancake buyer terms in addition to these Terms. Where the two conflict on payment, tax, refund or billing matters, the Waffo Pancake buyer terms prevail.

• Invoices and receipts are issued by Waffo Pancake.
• Waffo Pancake appears on your card statement.
• Refund and cancellation requests are handled through Waffo Pancake's process, described in the Refund Policy.

any2svg traces an image into editable vector paths using our own deterministic engine. Tracing and previewing are free and need no account. Creating an account, signing in, and subscribing unlock additional limits and downloads.

The Service is a hosted web application: when you trace, your browser sends the image to api.pic2svg.com and our engine traces it there. Your image does leave your device to be traced, so do not submit anything you are not permitted to send to our servers.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or subscribe. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password confidential, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at the support address below if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

The Pro plan is offered as a monthly subscription at $9.99 per month. Prices are displayed in US dollars and include applicable taxes; tax is included in the price you see rather than added at checkout.

By subscribing, you authorise Waffo Pancake to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal.

We may change plan features, and the price of future periods, from time to time. Price changes are set and collected through the merchant of record and apply to your next billing period after the change takes effect.

You can cancel from the pricing page of the Service — there is an in-product cancel control; you are not required to email us. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and nothing further is charged; you keep Pro access until that date passes. We do not pro-rate or refund a period that has already started solely because you cancelled.

To align with the renewal process, cancel at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period to be certain the next charge does not occur.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /refund. In summary: a first-time subscriber may request a full refund within 7 days of the first charge; duplicate charges and verified extended outages are refunded; and any mandatory statutory refund or withdrawal right you have under the law of your country is preserved and is not affected by these Terms. Refund decisions and processing run through Waffo Pancake; once Waffo Pancake approves a refund, it is typically returned to your payment method within the timeframe the Waffo Pancake buyer terms state.

You keep all rights you hold in the images you submit, and you own the vector output the Service produces from them. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your image and deliver the result — no more. You must have the right to submit the images you upload and to use the outputs you create; do not upload content you do not have the rights to.

We do not claim ownership of your images or outputs and we do not use them to train machine-learning models.

You agree not to use the Service to: break any law; infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights; upload content you have no right to process; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data; circumvent usage limits, download gating, or authentication; or resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend the Service for maintenance or if you materially breach these Terms or we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful use. If we terminate your access for a reason that is not your breach, we will refund any unused prepaid period for the affected subscription.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of output. Vector tracing is a lossy, interpretive process: you are responsible for reviewing every output before you rely on or distribute it.

Song Zhijun's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms; if we make a material change we will give notice on the Service or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
