For the fastest reply, tell us the email address on your account, and for anything about a payment or refund, the order identifier shown in your billing details. If a trace produced a bad result, describe the image and what you expected, and we can usually suggest settings that work better.

We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. The return of an approved refund to your payment method is handled by the merchant of record on its own schedule.
